After all, providing excellent customer service is our Mission!     The Libbie Young Centre is a non-government, non-profit, community-based organization that has been providing service to residents of Lloydminster since 1983. The Center is operated by an Executive Director who reports to an eight member volunteer Board of Directors. The Center employs 17 staff.  The role of the Libbie Young Centre is to provide support services to adults with mental illness so that they may apply their own personal skills and abilities to gain greater self-reliance and live as independently as possible in the community.
